Mallie Montgomery Boutique in Fort Myers caters to women who want to dress a bit off the norm. “I call it a classically hip boutique,” says owner Heather Buckley. With new arrivals daily, the nine-year-old boutique offers new lines from Trina Turk, Nanette Lepore, Ella Moss, Susana Monaco and more. In addition to the fabulous designer fashions, Mallie offers an extensive selection of footwear and accessories, including unique gift items, not available anywhere else in the area. It's a family affair: The unique but catchy name belonged to Buckley's great-grandmother, and Buckley's father talked her into starting the business when she was just 23. Heather Buckley has a fashion merchandising degree from the University of Mississippi and is married to former Everblades player Tom Buckley. The boutique holds a charity drive each September through the sale of Mallie Montgomery VIP cards, last year donating $4000 to hurricane relief.
